Our Commitment to a Healthy Work Environment
While we understand people may be facing adversity in their personal lives, we will not tolerate any verbal assaults, physical intimidation, hate speech of any kind, yelling, or swearing at any of our staff.
You will be asked to leave immediately, and will be barred from The Neon Dragon. Our staff and guests have the right to a positive, harassment free environment.
This is ZERO tolerance.

We reserve the right to refuse service for anything that we reasonably believe is a danger or threat to our safety, health or the safety and well being of others.
We reserve the right to refuse service for anything that we reasonably believe is a danger or inhumane to the safety of your dog, or other dogs in the building.
Human-Aggressive dogs will not be serviced.

Any time a clients actions create an unsafe or hostile environment

Reasons why we may refuse service include, but not limited to: violent or threatening behaviour, discrimination, intoxication, theft, illegal activities or infractions of store policies.
We will ask you to leave if you are making other customers or staff feel uncomfortable in any way. We want everyone to feel comfortable and safe when they’re in The Neon Dragon.
